Covivio's Wellio Spaces: Pro-Working and Art in Milan

Covivio, a major European real estate group, is redefining workspaces through its Wellio pro-working concept in Milan. Unlike traditional coworking, Wellio offers premium services to corporate clients, emphasizing flexibility, community, and high-end amenities. The group has opened two locations: Wellio Dante (2020) and Wellio Duomo (2022), the latter achieving full occupancy with tenants like E.ON. Wellio Duomo's interior design by DWA Design Studio incorporates views of historic Milan landmarks, while Wellio Dante by Cristofori Santi Architetti pays tribute to 20th-century Milanese design movements. Covivio integrates art into its spaces through the Premio Covivio, a partnership with Miart, commissioning site-specific works. In 2022, a sculpture by Pamela Diamante was installed; on July 5, 2023, a permanent work by Lorenza Longhi will be inaugurated at Wellio Duomo. Covivio also pursues sustainability goals (40% carbon emission reduction by 2030) and social initiatives via Fondazione Covivio, supporting education and employment for youth.
