Cosmos House by Cristian Nanzer in Capilla del Monte

architecture-design · 2026-05-03

Cristian Nanzer's Cosmos House, completed in 2024, is a 355 m² residence in Capilla del Monte, Córdoba, Argentina. The name was coined by the owner upon seeing the house on the land. Located at the foothills of the Punilla Valley, the lot borders a nature reserve with dense forest of red quebracho, black algarrobo, chañares, and aromitos. The topography features a marked east-west slope and a steep decline south toward the reserve. The project team includes lead architect Cristian Nanzer, technical team Ricardo Tesoreiro, structural engineer Edgar Morán, general contractor Juan Pacheco, and electrical engineer Gabriel Canelo. The house was curated by Valentina Díaz and photographed by Gonzalo Viramonte.
