Corinna Gosmaro's 'Chutzpah!' at The Gallery Apart in Rome

The Gallery Apart in Rome presents 'Chutzpah!', a solo exhibition by Italian artist Corinna Gosmaro (born 1987 in Cuneo). The show features small white-background paintings with harmoniously blended pigments depicting delicate birds. Gosmaro's 'color stains' evoke abstract landscapes merging perception, cognition, memory, and emotional fragments, applied to large industrial filters. The exhibition explores how everyday elements are reimagined through handrails embedded in walls, where light reveals fingerprints as imprinted memory. The positioning of these handrails metaphorically represents the ascent and descent of thought across non-linear spacetime dimensions. Zoomorphic rope sculptures reference the animal sphere, pointing toward global evolution beyond human cultural history. The exhibition is reviewed by Valentina Muzi.
