Copernico's Art Journey: Coworking Space Bridges Art and Business
In 2019, Copernico, a flexible workspace network established in Milan near Stazione Centrale, introduced the Art Journey initiative, created by former gallerist Giorgia Sarti. This program, which evolved from the Whitelight Art Gallery (2016–2018), collaborates with galleries and businesses to host exhibitions in Copernico's venues, aiming to enrich the work atmosphere through art without any profit intentions. Currently, Copernico accommodates over 6,000 professionals each day across Milan, Turin, Rome, and is set to expand to Bologna, Varese, Cagliari, and Trieste. Noteworthy exhibitions include 'Sidewalk Diaries' and 'Popolo e Memoria.' From March to May 2020, Catalan artist Nei Albertì will present his debut show in Milan. Art Journey does not engage in artwork sales; inquiries should be directed to the galleries.
