Contemporary Now returns to Chennai for expanded third edition

The third edition of Contemporary Now, an art platform conceived as a collaborative curatorial initiative, will take place from 8–25 August 2026 in Chennai, India. The event brings together leading Indian galleries and cultural organizations for exhibitions, panel discussions, and partner programs across multiple venues, with the main exhibition at Lalit Kala Akademi. What started as a platform for dialogue and exchange has grown into one of India's most significant recurring art events, transforming Chennai into a vibrant destination for contemporary art.
