Consumer Reports ranks U.S. Mobile top for wireless satisfaction
U.S. Mobile topped Consumer Reports' customer satisfaction survey for the second consecutive year, outperforming AT&T, T-Mobile, and Verizon. The survey of 123,670 members rated value, customer support, data service, and cellular reception. Patriot Mobile, Tello, and PureTalk tied for second place. Consumer Cellular earned top marks for customer service, with only 13% of customers reporting issues. Mint Mobile, Ting, and Visible also received recommendations. The big three carriers ranked near the bottom, with T-Mobile at 17th and AT&T second-to-last among 26 services. Smaller MVNOs lease network access from the major carriers at lower cost.
