Collegno launches street art call to revitalize the city

The municipality of Collegno, in the Piedmont region of Italy, has launched a call for artists and collectives to propose street art interventions and workshops as part of the initiative COLLEGNO SI-CURA. The project aims to enhance public buildings and foster community engagement through art. Three winners will each receive a prize of €6,000 plus €2,000 in expense reimbursements. Applications must be submitted by September 17, 2018. The initiative is promoted in collaboration with Fondazione Contrada Torino Onlus, whose president Germano Tagliasacchi stated that the call is open to national and international artists, and that workshops will involve citizens and schoolchildren.
