Collector’s Street: Owl & Dog Playbooks and Yooree Ko Map a Neighbourhood of Secret Collectors

publication · 2026-08-18

Owl & Dog Playbooks, a children’s book publisher based in London and co-founded by Yeonju Yang and Claudio Ripol, has announced the upcoming release of a fold-out picture book titled Collector’s Street. This book, illustrated by South Korean artist Yooree Ko, takes readers inside the homes of a quirky community, showcasing collections that mirror their personalities. The book’s design, inspired by a doodle from one of the founders' children, includes expanding flaps that reveal intricate interiors. Having begun their journey in playful children's literature a decade ago, Yang and Ripol draw inspiration from their own collecting experiences. Collector’s Street is set to be published in 2026, with copyright owned by Owl & Dog Playbooks.
