Collective Exhibition 'Demonstra: pela poética def' Showcases Disability-Led Art at Centro Cultural Fiesp
On December 9, the Centro Cultural Fiesp in São Paulo unveiled the exhibition 'Demonstra: pela poética def,' which will be on display until May 3. Curated by Daniel Moraes alongside Júlia Ayerbe and Maira Freitas, the exhibition showcases the works of artists with disabilities, including Lua Cavalcante, Nara Rosetto, Guto Oca, Daniel Moraes, Jeff Barbato, and João Paulo Racy. Emphasizing aesthetic accessibility, the diverse media presented challenge conventional representation norms. Débora Viana from Sesi-SP underscored the institution's dedication to using art as a means of transformation, offering free entry.
