CO Architects' Furniture Design Workshop Debuts Upcycled Creations

CO Architects inaugurates its Furniture Design Workshop with 'Call to Makers,' an exhibition featuring original furniture crafted from reclaimed, salvaged, and repurposed materials. Over nine months, the inaugural cohort of individuals and teams designed and fabricated pieces ranging from footstools to dining tables, emphasizing material intelligence, low-cost fabrication, and hands-on making. The opening celebration on July 27, 2026, at AIA Los Angeles includes a panel discussion with participants and guests on design process and fabrication challenges.
