CMM (H)Office by Gets Architects: A Hybrid Workspace in South Jakarta

CMM (H)Office, designed by Gets Architects, is a new headquarters for CMM, a telecommunications and security company based in South Jakarta. The project unifies three distinct architectural programs—workspace, warehouse, and housing—into a single cohesive facility. Responding to the company's evolving operational model, the design reimagines the conventional office typology by merging work, storage, and domestic functions into a flexible, hybrid environment. Unlike traditional office buildings constrained by formal spatial hierarchies, CMM (H)Office fosters a dynamic setting where these functions intersect fluidly. A central aspect of the project is its resort-like atmosphere, intentionally crafted to create a comfortable and inviting work environment. The building includes an on-site warehouse and private penthouse-like quarters, prioritizing efficiency and adaptability. The design moves away from the rigidity of the company's previous headquarters, offering a multifunctional space that supports both operational needs and employee well-being.
