architecture-design · 2026-08-05

Tylko, a furniture brand established in Warsaw, has launched its inaugural physical showroom in Berlin, crafted by the Rotterdam-based studio CLOUD. Situated at Gipsstraße 7 in Mitte, the space includes a café, library, configuration station, salon, and design advisory, mimicking the feel of a communal living area. This development signifies a pivotal change for Tylko, which has specialized in custom furniture sales online for over ten years. Berlin was selected due to its vibrant online community. The showroom’s design invites guests to explore leisurely, featuring a real-time configuration station for Tylko products. The grand opening drew more than 1,000 attendees and showcased a partnership with streetwear brand TTSWTRS. Additionally, CLOUD and Form Follows Frequency collaborated on this project, with plans for a limited edition series of Tylko Sound Speakers.
