Circulation(s) Festival 2027 Open Call: Apply by June 7, 2026
The 17th edition of the Circulation(s) festival, dedicated to emerging European photography, will take place at CENTQUATRE-PARIS in spring 2027. The open call for submissions runs from April 28 to June 7, 2026. Organized by the collective Fetart, the festival selects around 20 photographers who are European nationals or residents and have not yet had a major exhibition in France. No theme is imposed; projects may combine photography with video, sound, or installation. Collective projects are welcome. Use of AI must be disclosed. Winners will be announced in mid-October 2026. The festival also includes touring and off-site events across France and Europe.
