Cindy Sherman and Tracey Emin Model for Marc Jacobs and Vivienne Westwood

Artists Cindy Sherman and Tracey Emin have been chosen to model for fashion brands Marc Jacobs and Vivienne Westwood, respectively. Both were photographed by German fashion photographer Juergen Teller, who recently had an exhibition at Triennale Milano. For Vivienne Westwood, creative director Andreas Kronthaler selected iconic pieces from the late designer's wardrobe for an upcoming charity auction at Christie's London on June 25, 2024. Emin was photographed wearing these pieces in her studio in Margate, England. Meanwhile, Marc Jacobs launched his spring/summer 2024 bag collection featuring friends of the brand, including Sherman, musicians FKA Twigs, Liz Uzil Vert, and Bladee. Sherman was photographed outside the brand's offices at 72 Spring St in New York, embodying two stereotypical characters: a disheveled woman sitting on the street and a well-dressed blonde waiting elegantly.
