CICOP Chile 2026 Prize Open for Architecture Thesis Projects
Submissions are now being accepted for the 8th national and 6th Latin American edition of the CICOP Chile Prize, which focuses on architectural thesis projects related to heritage conservation. This competition, organized by CICOP Chile, invites architects who will graduate between October 1, 2023, and December 31, 2025, from Latin American nations with active CICOP branches: Argentina, Bolivia, Brazil, Costa Rica, Chile, Mexico, Paraguay, Peru, and Uruguay. Projects should address heritage interventions. Registration remains open until August 16, 2025, while full applications must be submitted by September 14, 2025. The jury will evaluate entries from September 21 to 30, 2025, with the award ceremony scheduled for October 21 to 30, 2025, in Santiago, Chile. The winner will receive a round-trip ticket to Montevideo for the 2027 Congress, and participation is free.
