Chrysler Museum to Show 350 Works from Dallas Museum of Art Jewelry Collection
From July 10, 2026, to January 3, 2027, the Chrysler Museum of Art in Norfolk, Virginia, will present 'Constellations: Contemporary Jewelry from the Dallas Museum of Art.' This exhibition showcases over 350 pieces from one of the premier contemporary jewelry collections in the U.S., curated by the Dallas Museum of Art. It features contributions from more than 230 artists hailing from 41 different countries. According to Mark A. Castro, the director of curatorial affairs at the Chrysler Museum, the exhibit highlights the artists' innovative approaches to wearable art, encouraging audiences to confront significant themes while also embracing joy and playfulness.
