Christine Sun Kim presents Fingertap Quartet lecture-performance in London

Berlin-based artist Christine Sun Kim will present Fingertap Quartet, a lecture-performance mixing her voice with samples from British singer Dev Hynes, at ArtReview Bar in London on Tuesday 15 December at 7pm. The event coincides with her solo exhibition Rustle Tustle at Carroll / Fletcher gallery, which runs through 30 January. Born deaf, Kim explores the social and political dimensions of sound and spoken language through various media including drawing, performance, video, and installation. A video of her TED talk from August 2015 is available for viewing ahead of the performance. The bar will remain open until 11pm, and RSVPs are accepted at rsvp@artreview.com.
