Choi Studio's 15 Khartoum Road Opens at MPark in Sydney
Choi Studio has completed 15 Khartoum Road, a new workspace within Stockland's MPark complex in Macquarie Park, Sydney. Designed as the central point of the three-building masterplan by 3XN, the project aims to transform the area's urban character, historically dominated by car-centric business parks with limited public space. The building integrates seamlessly into the surrounding landscape and is part of MPark, one of Australia's largest life sciences and technology innovation parks. The project team includes landscape architects Square One, public art by Giovanni Veronesi, Hiromi Tango, Catherine Nelson, and Bernadette Hardy, and lobby art by Izabela Pluta. Indigenous advisory was provided by Ngurra Advisory. The development is located on Wallumattagal land and is expected to be completed in 2026.
