Chilston Court Brings 78 Condos to Downtown Greenwich by 2028

Josh Caspi has introduced a new condominium project named Chilston Court, located at 275 and 290 Mason Street in downtown Greenwich, Connecticut, which will feature 78 residences slated for completion by 2028. The development, crafted by Robert A.M. Stern Architects (RAMSA), is aimed at wealthy buyers desiring low-maintenance living while enjoying spacious accommodations. The residences, ranging from two-bedroom units to penthouses, will each exceed 2,000 square feet and include expansive primary suites, wide corridors, and ceilings taller than nine feet. Designed by Bryan O'Sullivan Studio from London, the amenities will feature a lap pool, wellness center, a private dining room for 20, a speakeasy, concierge services, and designated delivery closets. Prices will begin at approximately $4.5 million and can exceed $10 million. Sarge Gardiner, a partner at RAMSA, emphasized the area's walkability to the Metro-North station and Greenwich Avenue, with the design reflecting local civic architecture, including the historic post office and YMCA, resulting in a 'modern traditionalist' style. Caspi anticipates residents from Greenwich's backcountry, as well as Fairfield and Westchester counties, and New York City.
