Chef Alfio Ghezzi Opens Restaurant at Mart Museum in Rovereto
On October 22, 2019, the Mart museum in Trento and Rovereto unveiled its new dining establishment, Alfio Ghezzi, led by acclaimed chef Alfio Ghezzi. The venue has been redesigned by architect Mario Botta and studio Baldessari e Baldessari, showcasing traditional Italian aesthetics. Chef Ghezzi, who previously spent nearly ten years at Locanda Margon, assumes leadership of the museum’s former cafeteria. The restaurant features two distinct areas: Alfio Ghezzi Bistrot for casual meals during the day and Senso Alfio Ghezzi for upscale dining in the evening, with a menu inspired by the museum’s displays and curated by renowned Italian designers.
