Chaouki Chamoun's Desert Dreams at Khawla Art Gallery

Khawla Art Gallery in Dubai Design District presents 'Desert Dreams,' a solo exhibition by Lebanese artist Chaouki Chamoun, running from January 10 to February 1, 2024. Born in 1942, Chamoun has been active since 1975 and is recognized among the top 50 auctioned artists worldwide, with a record at Christie's in 2007. The show explores his connection to the desert, inspired by nights spent there since Fall 2008. Chamoun has over 40 solo and 60 group exhibitions, and his work has influenced interior architecture in New York since 1989. The exhibition features works like 'Red Sand' (2022) and is open Monday to Saturday, 10 AM to 7 PM.
