Chanel's Galerie du 19M opens at Mori Tower in Tokyo
From September 30 to October 20, 2025, Chanel's Galerie du 19M will be hosted on the 52nd floor of the Mori Tower in Tokyo. The exhibition, titled Le19M, highlights Chanel's Métiers d'art, featuring 11 Maisons and approximately 700 artisans. Bruno Pavlovsky, President of Chanel SAS, underscores the exhibition's significance in bridging French and Japanese craftsmanship. The experience kicks off with Le Festival, an installation by ATTA that portrays craftsmanship as a form of poetic resistance. Following this is Beyond Our Horizons, a collective exhibition showcasing over thirty artists inspired by nature. The event wraps up with Lesage: 100 Years of Fashion and Decoration, displaying Maison Lesage's extensive archives, the largest collection of embroidered art globally, alongside its historical connections to Japan.
