Ceri Hand Named Director of Programmes at Somerset House

Ceri Hand has taken on the role of director of programmes at Somerset House in London. She will oversee the Studios artist residency programme, which focuses on technology and digital culture, along with the institution's cross-disciplinary exhibition schedule. Hand previously served as associate director at Simon Lee Gallery, handling institution liaison. Her career includes running her own commercial gallery in Liverpool and London, directing exhibitions at FACT in Liverpool, and working as deputy director of Grizedale Arts in Cumbria. Somerset House also houses the Courtauld Gallery & Institute of Art and King's Cultural Institute.
