Ceramic workshop at Museo Picasso Málaga led by Pablo Little

other · 2026-04-29

Museo Picasso Málaga organizes an intensive ceramic workshop titled "Hacer un jarrón, llenarlo de flores" for adults, led by ceramist Pablo Little. The workshop spans 9 hours over three sessions: May 7 (Thursday) and May 8 (Friday) from 5 to 8 pm, and May 9 (Saturday) from 10 am to 1 pm. Participants will create their own ceramic piece, such as a vase or sculptural object, guided through all creative phases from initial concept to final materialization. The activity combines hands-on work with visits to the museum's permanent exhibition "Pablo Picasso. Estructuras de la invención. La unidad de una obra," fostering dialogue between Picasso's ceramics and contemporary creation. Techniques include traditional hand-building with coils and use of a template, plus surface experimentation with engobes. Pablo Little (born Pablo Rodríguez, Córdoba, 1989) is an artist with a background in Audiovisual Communication and Cultural Management. He has exhibited across Spain and founded projects like Galería Central and Demencia, Muestra de Arte Contemporáneo. His work has been featured in El Mundo, El Español, Harper's Bazaar, Neo2, Notes, L'Officiel, AD España, and Revista LaMuy. Registration costs €45 and includes materials and museum entry. Tickets are available at the museum box office or online at www.museopicassomalaga.org. Spaces are limited.
