Centro Pecci launches open call for restaurant and bistrot management
The Centro per l'Arte Contemporanea Luigi Pecci in Prato has issued a public tender for the management of its new restaurant and bistrot/pub, ahead of its reopening in October 2016. The restaurant, designed by Maurice Nio, will feature refined cuisine and a wine list at competitive prices, with a separate entrance and outdoor space. The bistrot/pub, located in the museum square next to the open-air theater (which will also serve as a cinema after renovation), targets a younger audience with affordable meals and evening drinks. Candidates may apply for one or both spaces by presenting a project in synergy with the Pecci's activities. A five-member commission appointed by the Fondazione will evaluate proposals, potentially awarding management to a single winner or two separate operators. Deadline: June 19, 2016, at 24:00.
