Centre d'Art La Panera Opens Call for Art Situat 2026 Grant

The Centre d'Art La Panera, in collaboration with Entorns Mussa in Lles de Cerdanya, has opened the call for the Art Situat 2026 grant, dedicated to research and creation in visual arts. Applications are accepted from May 1 to May 29, 2026. The grant revives the spirit of the former Art y Natura a la Creació grants but with a restructured format: a single grant with increased funding, and the residency will take place at Entorns Mussa. The total funding is €8,000, with €5,000 for production and €3,000 for fees, plus accommodation and meals for up to 30 days. Projects are evaluated on artistic and conceptual quality, clarity, coherence, context relevance, originality, feasibility, and the applicant's trajectory. The jury includes Maragda Farràs (director of Entorns Mussa), Roser Sanjuan (director of Centre d'Art La Panera), and Luis Martínez Campo (head of sound and listening area at Fundación Cerezales Antonino y Cinia), with Antoni Jové as secretary. The resolution will be announced within three months, and selected projects must be developed in 2026 with a residency between July and August at Entorns Mussa.
