Catherine Wood Screens Rauschenberg and Rainer at Arts Catalyst

Catherine Wood, the Senior Curator of International Art (Performance) at Tate, showcased screenings of Robert Rauschenberg's Open Score and Yvonne Rainer's Carriage Discreteness on October 20, 2016, at the Arts Catalyst Centre for Art, Science & Technology in London. This event was part of the '9 Evenings: Theatre and Engineering Revisited, 1966/2016' series and Afterall's Exhibition Histories. Wood examined the pieces in relation to dance and the artists' broader practices. She had previously curated 'Yvonne Rainer: Dance Works' at Raven Row in 2014 and is co-curating the 'Robert Rauschenberg Retrospective' set to open in December 2016 at Tate Modern.
