Castelvecchi Editore launches 'Fuoriuscita' essay series on contemporary art

Castelvecchi Editore has launched a new essay series titled 'Fuoriuscita,' which aims to explore contemporary art through unconventional perspectives, merging art with music, literature, cinema, economics, and cultural debate. The series seeks to blend genres such as art criticism, autofiction, reportage, narrative, theory, and art history. The first volume, 'L'arte rotta' by Christian Caliandro, remixes texts published over the past year in various books and magazines, including Artribune. Caliandro's work incorporates citations and dialogues, drawing on influences from Longhi, Lonzi, Preciado, and Bruno, and aims to navigate the complexity of the modern world without abandoning logic. The book is 270 pages, priced at €13, and published in Rome in 2022.
