Castello di Rivoli launches cross-disciplinary project Abitare il minerale

On December 2, 2016, the Castello di Rivoli Museo d'Arte Contemporanea in Turin, Italy, will unveil Abitare il minerale, a project by a.titolo supported by Compagnia di San Paolo's ORA! grant. This initiative delves into the concepts of Agential Realism and New Materialism, showcasing artists from the Arte Povera movement to modern creators. The initial phase, titled Incontri #1, is set to continue until February 4, 2017, featuring a guided tour of Ed Atkins' exhibition, lectures from Francesco Bernardelli and Leonardo Caffo, along with performances by Roberto Fassone and Luca De Leva. The second phase will host a symposium from spring to autumn 2017, including performances and discussions at various geosites, alongside a video and photography workshop to capture the events.
