CASAVIVA Residence by Shroffleon: A Dialogue Between Architecture and Landscape
The CASAVIVA residence, covering 20,000 square feet, was completed in 2025 by Shroffleon architects. Miwa Negoro led the curation, working closely with Kayzad Shroff and Maria I J Leon, along with a talented design team that featured Neviya Kadu, Pooja Bhimjiani, and Manmeet Thandi. This home showcases a dialogue between its architecture and the natural surroundings, allowing nature to blend beautifully into daily life. Engineering support was provided by Engineering Creations Consultancy (I) Pvt. Ltd and Delux, while Integrated Technical Services handled the MEP aspects. Construction materials came from various suppliers, including East West Painting and Karkas Glass. Ishita Sitwala captured stunning photos of the residence, which was later featured in Spanish on ArchDaily as a house.
