Casa TG by Obra Arquitetos in São Paulo Condominium

Obra Arquitetos has designed Casa TG, a 623 m² residential project located on a corner lot within a closed condominium in São Paulo, Brazil. The project is led by architect João Paulo Daolio, with a team including Giovanni Feitosa, Kawani Yuri Nishimura, Sophia Krasilcic Minkoves, and Vitor Berge Sato. The house is situated in an environment dominated by residences that occupy almost the entire plots, leaving restricted green areas of low quality and poorly integrated with the urban space. The design aims to address this context by incorporating landscaping by Panorama Paisagismo and interior design by Estúdio Trópico. Structural engineering is by Trine Engenharia, lighting by Castilha iluminação, electrical engineering by Engenheiro Walter Rabelo, installations by Moya Engenharia, and additional consulting by PHS Consultoria e Treinamento and Steluti. Construction is carried out by Obra Arquitetos. Suppliers include Excellent, ITS, Indusparquet, Keramika, Mekal, and Nacional Coifas. The project is scheduled for completion in 2026.
