Casa T.A. by Estúdio Cidade Adapts to Sloping Corner Site in Ribeirão Preto

Casa T.A., designed by Estúdio Cidade and curated by Susanna Moreira, is a 400 m² residential project completed in 2025 in Ribeirão Preto, Brazil. The house is positioned on a sloping corner lot, placed at the mid-level of the terrain to minimize earth movement by balancing cut and fill. The volume adapts to the topography, opening laterally to a green area and framing views of the surrounding landscape and forests. Lead architect Maísa Deghaidi Jordão oversaw the project, with landscaping by Monica Costa Paisagismo, structural engineering by Marka Soluções Pré-Fabricadas, and general construction by Construtora Gomes Aguiar.
