Casa SNB by Constanze Ladner: A Historic Apartment in Wiesbaden

Architect Constanze Ladner has completed Casa SNB, a 185 m² apartment renovation in Wiesbaden, Germany, curated by Hadir Al Koshta. The project, finished in 2025, preserves the historic apartment's original features, including finely detailed stucco ceilings, herringbone parquet, and wooden floorboards. Dark door and window frames, original built-in elements, and traces of previous uses add layered depth to the interiors. The apartment is located on the outskirts of Wiesbaden, adjacent to the city forest. The design team included structural engineering by Schreinerei Stauder and Gmall, and services engineering by Vogt & Schoor. Suppliers include BLASTATION, Branca Lisboa, Knoll International, Minotti, Moroso, and Philippe Starck. The project falls under interior design and apartment interiors.
