Casa Selva: Affordable Housing for Hospitality Workers in Mexico
Casa Selva is a new housing project led by curator Valentina Díaz, in collaboration with anonimous, g3arquitectos, and Jesús Vassallo. Its goal is to provide affordable rental homes for hospitality workers who are struggling with rising housing costs. The development will include 200 apartments, along with shared spaces, gardens, and shops, all designed to be compact, efficient, and striking. Onzze Desarrollos is behind the project, which will span 6503 m² and is set to finish by 2026. Cesar Bejar is handling the photography. The main architects on this project are Jesús Vassallo, Alfonso Jiménez Enciso, and Alfonso Garduño, supported by a diverse design team.
