Casa PR21: Alventosa Morell and Pàmies Design Narrow House in Badalona
In Badalona, Spain, Casa PR21 has been finalized by Alventosa Morell Arquitectes and Pàmies Arquitectura. This four-story residence spans 253 square meters on a slender lot. Its vertical layout incorporates a black steel spiral staircase that leads to a curved concrete slab. The ground level features exposed concrete porticos, creating an open area for the garage and entrance. The three upper stories, adorned with white-painted ceramic brick walls, are designed to maximize daylight, while the patio and rooftop preserve the original reddish brick. The first floor contains a kitchen and dining area with folding glass doors, the living room on the upper floor offers sea views, and the top level houses the main bedrooms.
