Casa Mueonga: A Harmonious Forest Retreat by Snow AIDe

Snow AIDe, led by Hohyun Park and Hyunjoo Kim, has completed Casa Mueonga, a 214 m² refuge house in Namyangju-si, South Korea. Curated by Miwa Negoro, the project is designed to blend seamlessly into its natural surroundings of forests and streams. Located just one hour from Seoul, the house offers occupants a unique experience of changing light and views across all four seasons. The structural engineering was handled by SDM, while mechanical, electrical, and equipment engineering was provided by Taeyoung EMC. Photographs of the project were taken by Jaeyoun Kim.
