Casa LJ by Studio Saransh and IKSOI Prioritizes Collective Living in Ahmedabad

Casa LJ, a 585-square-meter residence designed by Studio Saransh and IKSOI, is located in one of Ahmedabad's earliest residential neighborhoods outside the walled city. The project, curated by Miwa Negoro, challenges conventional spatial distribution in contemporary Indian urban homes by prioritizing collective living over individual spaces. Drawing inspiration from the traditional 'pol' houses of Ahmedabad, the design adapts their spatial logic without direct replication.
