Casa Jabuticabeiras by STUDIO ANDRE LENZA: A Downsized Family Residence in Goiânia

Casa Jabuticabeiras, a 361-square-meter residence designed by STUDIO ANDRE LENZA, is located in the eastern region of Goiânia, Brazil. The project, curated by Susanna Moreira, was developed for a couple who wished to downsize after their children became independent. The clients strategically chose a 650-square-meter lot in the same neighborhood where their children and grandchildren reside, aiming to strengthen family bonds during their later years. The architectural design covers a total area of 636 square meters and is scheduled for completion in 2026. The principal architect is Andre Lenza, with design team members Wilney Filho, Ingrid Moreira, and Gabriela Lys. Landscape architecture was handled by Fernanda Simão. The project features products from suppliers Kohler, Paulete, and Tidelli. Photographs were taken by Edgard Cesar. The residence falls under the category of residential architecture and houses.
