Casa en Las Brisas by Carlos Jurado and Rosendo Gagliano

A young couple settled on a corner lot in Zelaya, Buenos Aires province. The aged trees on the site were a key feature. The architectural design organizes spaces over two levels, with the upper terrace reclaiming the ground floor and making the pines and eucalyptuses protagonists. The 120 m² project was completed in 2023, led by architects Carlos Jurado and Rosendo Gagliano, with design by Guido Barenboim and technical team Lucía Berriex and Helena Kleinman.
