Casa degli Artisti Milano launches 12° Atelier virtual residency for Milano Digital Week

digital · 2026-04-27

The Casa degli Artisti di Milano opened its doors on February 1, 2020, with surprise acts from artists like Arisa and Vinicio Capossela, but just twenty days later, it had to close due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Now, as part of the third Milano Digital Week, they're introducing the 12° Atelier, a virtual residency aimed at fostering artistic creation in a mixed-reality environment. This project, originally planned before the venue's physical launch, is a partnership with the ERC initiative AN-ICON, led by Professor Andrea Pinotti from the University of Milan. On May 27, 2020, from 17:30 to 19:30, a streaming event will provide a virtual tour with an avatar, featuring insights from Mattia Bosco, Andrea Pinotti, and Enea Le Fons. To join, you need to register via email until the slots are filled.
