Casa Conde Renovation by Terra Arquitetura in São Paulo

In 2024, Casa Conde, a 250 m² home situated in the Pinheiros area of São Paulo, Brazil, underwent renovations by Terra Arquitetura. The project, led by Susanna Moreira, caters to a young couple embarking on a new chapter in their lives. This renovation reimagines the existing building into a bright, inviting environment that highlights natural materials, prioritizes simplicity, and fosters a seamless connection with the garden.
