Casa Blajot renovation by exitprojectes in Premià de Dalt

The renovation and expansion of Casa Blajot, a late work by Josep Lluís Sert located in Premià de Dalt, has been completed by exitprojectes estudi d'arquitectura. The 412 m² project, curated by Valentina Díaz and led by Exitprojectes, was finished in 2025. The original house was developed in close dialogue with client Josep Blajot and embodies a precise architectural idea: austere yet spatially generous, rooted in its site, open to the Mediterranean landscape, and shaped by a balance between abstraction, climate, structure, and daily life.
