Casa BJ: Single-Family Home by Nauzet Rodríguez in Mérida

Architect Nauzet Rodríguez has completed Casa BJ, a single-family home in Mérida, Mexico. The 340 m² project, set for 2026, occupies one of the few remaining plots in a residential neighborhood characterized by single-story houses with large gardens. The lead architect is Nauzet Rodríguez Ruiz, with structural engineering by Carlos Cárdenas and general construction by TCB Construcciones. Photography is by Manolo R. Solís, and the project features products from Kimikolor. The house is situated in a barrio that still retains many low-level homes with surrounding gardens.
