Casa Baruk Restaurant by Memola Estúdio in São Paulo
Memola Estúdio has completed Casa Baruk, a 700 m² restaurant in the Higienópolis neighborhood of São Paulo, Brazil, in 2025. The project was led by architect Veronica Molina, with a design team including Bianca Sinisgalli, Juliana Jacobovitz, Carol Ribeiro, Natália Cristofoletto, and Micaela Kosmalski. The spatial sequence creates an immersive experience that blends tradition and modernity, with architecture that expands perception almost tactility, influencing the flavors served.
