Casa Ascendente by TETRO Arquitetura in Lagoa Santa

Casa Ascendente, a residential project spanning 274 m², is situated in Lagoa Santa, Brazil, and was finalized in 2025. The design approach involved analyzing the spaces between existing trees to facilitate careful integration and conservation. The structure is arranged in tiers that align with the landscape, creating a distinct hierarchy among social, private, and service zones while ensuring an uninterrupted connection to the surrounding garden and greenery. The project was spearheaded by Guilherme Castro, with contributions from Bianca Carvalho and Márcia Aline in design, technical assistance from Sabrina Freitas, and architectural input from Carlos Maia, Débora Mendes, and Igor Macedo.
