Cartier's 'Le Chœur des Pierres' high jewellery collection centers on exceptional gemstones

exhibition · 2026-05-26

Cartier has launched a stunning new high jewellery collection called 'Le Chœur des Pierres', showcasing over 125 exceptional pieces that took more than 85,000 hours to craft. Under Jacqueline Karache-Langane's leadership, the collection starts with the stones themselves, highlighting vibrant Colombian emeralds, uniquely shaped diamonds, and large topazes. The name cleverly fuses 'chœur' (chorus) and 'cœur' (heart), representing the jewellery's varied qualities. Signature Cartier styles are present, like the geometric Olorra necklace and the updated Tutti Kanya, featuring a 30.33-carat Zambian emerald. Other standout pieces include the Haryma necklace with a tiger atop topazes and the fluid Tellura necklace with 30 uniquely cut diamonds. Karache-Langane emphasized the connection between each gemstone and the artistic vision that drives the collection.
