exhibition · 2026-04-23

The exhibition 'Carlos Moreira – Wrong so Well' spans three levels at São Paulo's Espaço Cultural Porto Seguro, showcasing roughly 400 photographs curated by Fábio Furtado, Regina Martins, and Rodrigo Villela. Born in 1936 in São Paulo, Moreira started his photography journey in the early 1960s, initially inspired by Cartier-Bresson but later forging his own path. He served as a photography instructor at the University of São Paulo's School of Communication and Arts from 1971 to 1974 and again from 1979 to 1990. In 1990, he co-established the M2 Studio School of Photography with Regina Martins. The exhibition features 250 new color and digital pieces alongside his well-known black-and-white analog works, with free entry until October 27.
