Caravaggio and Northern Painters at Museo Thyssen-Bornemisza
The Thyssen-Bornemisza Museum in Madrid is currently hosting an exhibition titled 'Caravaggio y los pintores del norte,' which explores Caravaggio's entire career alongside works from his Northern followers. Curated by Gert Jan van der Sman, the show features twelve of Caravaggio's masterpieces, including two from Spain: 'David Victorious over Goliath' at the Prado and 'Saint Catherine of Alexandria' at the Thyssen.
