The Caraçá Residence, finished in 2023 by architectural firm 23 SUL, spans 233 square meters. The project was executed by notable architects, including Gabriel Manzi and Ivo Magaldi, among others. Larissa Napoli spearheaded the coordination, assisted by Vitoria Aguiar and Leonardo Felice. MR2 Engenharia handled the structural elements, while Arboreto designed the landscaping.
