C2C Festival 2024: Avant-Pop Mutates the Dancefloor in Turin

The C2C Festival (formerly Club To Club) took place in Turin, Italy, from November 2024, presenting a three-day program that redefined its avant-pop identity. The Stone Island Stage abandoned screens, using light as the primary architectural element. A photographic book titled "We Call It Avant Pop" chronicles the festival's twenty-year history, featuring images from its early days including a 2000 flyer with DJ names. The festival's evolution from clubbing roots toward a cross-genre, transglobal model was noted, with comparisons to Primavera Sound. The event maintained its adventurous yet clear identity, balancing past and present trends while remaining faithful to its core vision.
